A Volvo PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a unique code you’ll need for each transaction under the Volvo Affinity Program. If you’re eligible, you can generate your PIN, and it will be sent to you by email. Just bring that PIN to an authorized Volvo Car Retailer to redeem your Volvo Affinity bonus offer.

You’ll be redirected to our verification partner, ID.me:

1. Sign in to your ID.me account (your “wallet”), or create one if you don’t have one.
2. Verify your First Responder community status, if prompted.
3. Consent to share your verified information with Volvo.

You must be verified by ID.me as a First Responder community member before you can create a Volvo PIN.

Once verified and your information is shared, you’ll be redirected to create your PIN. If the redirect doesn’t occur, simply return to this program site and click “Get a Volvo PIN” to continue.

To verify your first responder status, you’ll need to submit a document based on your job title and whether you’re active or retired.

Documents for active first responders:

• Identification (ID) card
• Training certification
• Signed verification letter on official letterhead

Documents for retired first responders:

• Retired ID card or badge
• Pension statement
• Certificate of retirement

Unacceptable first responder documents:

• Expired IDs and documents (unless it’s a valid retiree ID card issued after retirement)
• Paper IDs
• Transcripts, department logos, business cards, emblems, or uniform photos without proper identification

ID.me verification process:

• Most verifications are completed in under a minute.
• If document upload is required, processing may take longer.
• Uploaded documents are reviewed within 24–72 hours at a secure U.S.-based facility.

You will receive an email once your review is complete, including the result and any next steps.
